Antes de ser totalmente olvidada y odiada Toxic Puppet era llamada "Green Puppet"(derecha),Era una comediante que aunque sus chistes sean malos daban algo de risa.
Tenia un color Fluorescente vivo que llamaba mucho la atención,esto se lograba ya que era sometida a baños en un recipiente con Radiactivos.
El jefe de la pízzeria ordenaba que esto se lleve a cabo cada día,los empleados odiaban hacerlo ya que podía resultar tóxico para los niños,pero el nunca los escuchaba.
Una noche sucedió lo peor,una niña de 9 años terminó muriendo en esos químicos junto al traje,quedando así atrapada a este.
Es la única animatronica que se encuentra poseída.
