1) Chica is a chicken. Though I will admit I thought she was a duck (and a dude) the first time I saw her as well.
2) More cartoony bird characters tend to be given teeth so as to give them more expression. It's been stated that she actually has a second set of teeth further in, but this is likely just the mouth area of her metal endo-skeleton.

Well, yes, that's probably the main reason why the game's creator decided to design her with teeth. I was referring to an in universe explanation.

I actually think she creeps me out the least. Freddy's freaky just because of how unpredictable he can be (and then there's that laugh), and Bonnie's expressions are just plain unsettling, especially when his eyes have gone dead and he's peering directly into the camera. It just sends a shiver up the spine. The only time I find Foxy freaky is when he jumps into the room when you fail to close the door in time. Chica's expressions can be a little demented, but overall I still think she's the most tolerable. Keep in mind I haven't actually played the game myself. I've only watched let's plays on Youtube.

Really? Oh, Freddy's laugh it kinda creepy, but it tells you when he's moving, so it's kind of useful. Oh god, whenever Bonnie appears at the door I have a miny heart attack. I find Chica very demented x3...I've played a little bit, still on night five. I've also seen some videos; Markiplier's are hilariousΒ Β

That's true. It does alert the player to when he's on the move, which is pretty much essential on later nights. I think I've gotten used to seeing Bonnie, but it's still freaky when he appears. At least Chica only peers in through the window. Bonnie gets right up outside the door. The creator of the game even admitted that he found Bonnie to be the scariest character to work on, and even had nightmares during the game's development because of him. Who could blame him? He had to constantly look at that face.

Luckily, I don't find Bonnie's new design to be quite as creepy, though it's certainly more detailed.
Yup! Apparently he only knew of one other guy who managed to do that. It was insane watching him pull it off. Freddy was laughing every couple of seconds!

It was pretty funny. On the 7th night, everytime a robot showed up at the door, he was like Meh, closed it, and continued. He played so much he got bored of it xDΒ

Standardized Endoskeleton head with teeth inside the Chica suit head, also with teeth.
Pretty sure all the Endoskeletons are standardized with some adjustable parts for different sized characters, the other heads just hide the second set of teeth better.
Foxy might be an exception.
