Description Submission for contest! The theme is Cid's birthday, and although I know it is not the most original idea, I really wanted to draw ChaosVincent taking Cid flying, because I'm cheesy like that. Not that other people who have drawn something similar are cheesy--but I certainly am.

I also wanted to experiment in coloring with grays + red, because I think it looks nice when other people use grays and limited colors. It's something I don't believe I've tried before.

Also, I made some simplifications to ChaosVincent's design for the sake of my sanity.

Original line art is pencil, cleaned and colored in Photoshop.

WOW!!!! BEAUTIFUL, AWESOME, AMAZING, WUNDERBAR, FANTASTIC, SPLENDID AND JUST ALL AROUND SWEET, THIS PIECE ROCKS!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! This is just beautiful. The colours work perfectly together, the expressions are very cleverly done and the dialogue...just love.
