Some Sulu/Chekov art, from the new Star Trek movie. The first is just some lovely gazing, and for the second, I wanted to draw Sulu showing Chekov how to hold a sword. Because I like fencing innuendo, I suppose.Both of these were drawn for my dear , a big Sulu/Chekov fan.
Although of course, I like them, too.Oh, I always combine drawings that were drawn separately in order to minimize gallery spamming, so I hope they actually look somewhat okay together here.

Seriously? Sick pictures? If you didn't like it you could have easily left. Plus, they were close friends in the original series. These are obviously depicting the reboot movies. We don't know nearly enough about their characters to be able to determine that yet. On another note- ever heard of the term "wishful thinking"? Fans are allowed to interpret what they want especially when relationships are left open with not a lot of concrete detail behind them. Why don't you grow up and respect people's artwork?

Well, I think you are the adult in this situation and you should grow up. I watch Star Trek very attentively and I see no love in those two. When I am older I am going to be a psychiatrist and I already study to prepare. I can see the emotions in near everyone, and can tell you that they are not in love.

I'm fifteen. I'm not even near an adult and I still know you're being childish. Like I said before, this is picturing REBOOT Chekov and Sulu. It doesn't matter how easily or well you see emotions in people, which I don't believe you do at all as I've been taking Psychology AND Sociology for four years already, you don't have nearly enough information on their interaction to know whether or not they are in love. They have not verbally interacted once in either movie, therefore you have no prestance to base your assumption on other than what you observe in the Original Series. Until you have gathered sufficient data on the PHYSICAL AND VERBAL interactions of the Reboot (read: NOT THE ORIGINAL SERIES) characters, that's all it's ever going to be. An assumption.

It does not matter. That assumption is sick. I have watched both reboot movies 24.5 Times. I had to stop halfway through once... and ways the reboot is based off of. The Original Series. I am entirely in a surprised state of being that I am even wasting my time arguing with a stranger when you are quite obviously wrong. Oh and four years you say?
