Updated Fighter Rankings (Current Era):

Nikita continues to solidify her #2 ranking with her fourth straight win. She hasn't lost since her match-up against Scarlett last December, and her next most recent 1v1 loss was to Natalia Martinez back in 2013. She's 6-2 in that timespan. Her notable wins are over Priscilla and Scarlett, plus she's beaten the allegedly invincible Hobo Boxer. Is there anybody out there who can stop her? Potential stories include Grace avenging (or failing to avenge) Priscilla's loss; the Harmony Smith storyline is still unfinished; and who knows what kind of antics she'll get into with Janelle?

Kitty joins (and skyrockets up) the rankings at #5 with a 2-0 record. She's only beaten Portia and Janelle, but the good news is that she beat them rather easily. I can't place her at the same level as Karin yet, and it's still even hard to justify her above several of the fighters below her, but she's off to a decent start.

I broke the three-way tie between Scarlett, Dana, and Priscilla. Priscilla drops out automatically by virtue of having lost to both Scarlett/Dana. Her only asset in this battle is a previous win over Nikita, which Dana lacks, but I'm putting more with on head-to-head here. For that same reason, Dana's ahead of Scarlett, despite also lacking a win over Nikita.

Scarlett gets back above 0.500 after dropping a gem of a loss to Jungle Jane. She continues her streak of being able to out-duel bigger opponents (Angelina, Grace, Lady Mamba). I'm predicting she'll tangle with Joseph Money's wife Agatha at some point, but hopefully not. My order of preference for her next opponent would be Kitty, Constance, Eve, Karin rematch, or Paris rematch.

Added three new fighters to the 0-1 roster: Janelle, Hobo Boxer, and Angelina. I considered lumping Janelle and Danielle together, as Janelle seems to be just as terrible as her sister (RIP).

Next update will likely be a break from Scarlett/Nikita. It's anybody's guess as to who will be featured, but I'm always looking forward to seeing who else gets to shine. Go Paris! (If you're asking me).

We're probably about 1.5 months away from another animation. Seven of the past eight animations, with the exception of Toughness 2 (Dana vs. Grace), again have been Scarlett/Nikita-centric. Scarlett has five (Canceled Bout, Final Proof, Empty Pool, Dangerous Blondes, and Til Death Do Us Apart), and Nikita has four (Toughness, Empty Pool, the Rookie, and Dangerous Blondes). Playing the odds, next up is probably another Nikita animation.

With the huge beating she took from the start and getting kicked into the TV, clocked by a wine bottle, suplexed into the couch, and pinned, I didn't think Scarlett was gonna be able to pull this one off. Very impressive reversal into a Boston crab ==> powerbomb FTW. Love the high flying finishes, e.g. Valentina vs. Julie, Paris vs. Scarlett. Great effort to get back above 0.500. 

Tall, lean, and powerful, Angelina's quite the Amazon. Showed impressive strength and quickness out-punching Scarlett at the beginning of the fight and pretty much flinging her around the stage like a rag doll. Why she was so surprised after clocking Scarlett with the wine bottle? Because it didn't break? Strange mistake. Overall, nice work with use of a new hairstyle! (Finally a fighter with a long ponytail). I also get a bit of an Angelina Jolie/Lara Croft vibe from her. She still needs to get with the picture in this league -- Scarlett's tits were basically untouched all the way to the finish.

Looks like there's been a pattern in fights the past couple months with Nikita and Scarlett often fighting back-to-back bouts. They were absent almost all of last year, but have basically been everywhere this year.
