It is a nice realistic looking drawing.
The folds in her clothes are good and the shading of/different skin tones are spot on.
But what is in her hand, or rather, the 'object' behind her right hand?

If you drew your image with a barrette then I guess that's what it would be, Even if the original image is something different, in this version it's a barrette.
