remember with sunsets, you don't want the sky and the objects to be swallowed up by haze and decay. The sky should still be a little more blue and there should be enough decay that you can see the decay color coming in over the horizon and on the objects just a little. This looks like an image that was taken after a nuclear bomb went off. And by all means this is a good image, and I love it! But if it was a sunset you were going for, I would recommend tweaking the parameters in the sky, fog, and haze tab.
I also like the water, but I don't very much like the default water in Vue. I almost always use a different water material and just tweak it to match the color of the default water. But you managed to make me like it in this scene! I don't know what it is, but it looks great.
