Description Made with Sterling, and completely unedited. It sure looks like a scepter/sceptor/sceptre, like one of those jeweled ones that shoot death rays. I actually don't know where I've seen anything like that, but any bad guy would be pretty awesome weilding a giant jeweled sceptre of doom.
