Really interesting. Like others just said, looks like a shell. I have absolutely NO idea how you did this.

it was done, as were the other images you viewed with Chaoscope which is a 3d rendering program which uses strange attractors to get different shapes which you can then render in different modes...solid,gas, liquid,light or plasma and apply color gradients as well

Thank you for your description. I think, to really understand how it works, i will have to check it out. I still donΒ΄t know how much sculpting and how much random-result this is.
