History:

Melri had the privilage to be born in the Hidden Village as a traditional shiekah. Her childhood was peaceful and uneventful until it came to the point of education when she wanted to do when grown up. The books she had read from the Village's library of knowledge had enticed her imagination of Hyrule and the world with illustrations of beautiful landscapes and tales of heroic deeds of figures in Hyrule's past. She had been set on her goal of going out and seeing the world beyond the village and even Hyrule. Melri's parents emphasized the traditional sheikah's duty to serve the Royal Family and keeping Hyrule's peace. Even going as far has warning her that abandoning that duty could lead to her being exiled from the village even if she desired to return at some point. She continued to work on her physical training and even started learning combat. Melri had even been trained how to preform the Wind Cleave, A magic wind technique that had been developed and mastered by the few fighters that existed higher in her family tree. In her mind she was determined to be ready for whatever was thrown her way out there.

The answer she was looking for that gave her freedom of adventure and continued loyalty to the Royal Family that was important to her people had become clear, Melri wanted to be a spy and/or relic retriever for the Royal Family. As relic retriever she is tasked with finding lost relics (or historical documents) and either bringing them to Hyrule Castle or delivering them to a specified location to be hidden. How these things end up where they shouldn't range from being looted during war or by bandits to being stolen by black market criminals or foreign agents. As a spy she would do what is necessary to collect intelligence in other countries.

Her first big mission that had her travel to a foreign land was to work as a spy in the neighboring land of Labrynna. For years she lurked in Lynna City sending reports of the current status of the country's political climate to the Royal Family. All the while keeping a low profile without raising any suspicion about herself. In the recent years she was unaware what happened in Hyrule with Ganondorf to stop getting replies. Soon enough there was an eruption of physical conflict between some leadership figures that had Melri prompted to flee immediately. Whatever it was that happened she seemed to have lost or abandoned friends she had made in Labrynna. Coming back to Hyrule in it's current state had Melri even more confused with being bedeviled by monsters upon her approach of Hyrule Castle Town. The next best thing she figured she should go in this case is towards one of the nearby settlements or straight towards the Hidden Village to find out the current situation in Hyrule.
