I had way too many ideas about how to paint this... I started with Hysteria-mode colours in mind, but it evolved, and now it's got some Dollhouse vibes in there too, maybe with a touch of circus cheer 
He stands about 26 cm tall (about 10 inches) and is made from an old brass tea pot, epoxy putty, steel wire, enamel paints, and a sturdy bolt with some nuts.
