Description The polar bear tyrant!  A brand new tiny, polar Tyrannosaur has just been published!  Nanuqsaurus hoglundi was a 5-6 meter, robust little Alaskan Tyrannosaur.  It basically looked like a ½ scale Tyrannosaurus rex, and probably weighed around 1200lbs, or about the size of a really large polar bear… and guess what?  It's name means Polar bear lizard!

You're welcome And I agree. It's nice to see what is supposedly a miniature T. rex (well, kind of) turning out to be some ~1.3-1.5m tall and around ~450kg.
