I've got a few tricks to reduce noise in photoshop.
They are all filter based so only require your personal taste on how strongly to use them for a given image.

hmm, well sometimes I use neatimage for noise reduction but sometimes the noise reduction makes the photo look even worse.
But I haven't tried the photoshop one, maybe it would be better. If you don't mind, could you send me a notetelling me how you reduce noise in photoshop?
