I don't know why but after checking your gallery I feel that this captures me...
It is dragging my attention inside it.
Beautiful and... hmmm... I love the old style of sci-fi - before too much technology sci-fi... the romantic side of it.

Very nice. It has a particular mysterious connotation.

this is on canvas again, as the other*. or, is it digitally played with?

It was a photo of the original Two Moon, but a rather poor one, hence the low quality. There was a lot of digital postproduction involved in this one, but as it was I had started to paint the spaceman with oils.

It looks like he is being blown away by some kindof blast, like a huge nuke, or some big storm happening on a very hot planet.

Loooooove the haze and grain, fantastic job.
Looks like he's amidst a furious (lunar?)sandstorm and his partners [via 'Platoon'] have all left him on the red planet.
Groovy.

i don't know what kind of kick you're on with these past two pieces, but i'm quite enjoying...
so this is one of those multi-definition-type pieces, as with the first image of yours i ever commented on...(doyouremember?)
the figure appears on one hand to be walking towards the moons in wonderment; surely i would be as well...to walk for miles in a barren red sea of sand and rock, it would be rather amazing to come upon the horizon and find these orbs...translucent luminescence softly filtering through space...
it makes ones' heart skip frantically, as if ions collided, or galaxies combined...
on the other hand, the figure could be running toward the horizon in desperation..perhaps beyond that next mile or so there's something that will transport him from this planet, distant from his *true* place of being...far from his space of (familiarity/_warmth//sunshinebearingdow nthroughthewindshield)..he longs with an ache inhumanly possible to comprehend wishing space could be pinned and folded together to make pointA and pointB mergedown so they are one and the same, and he's where he should have been all this time..

Gives me a kind of Dune vibe. I really am digging on the brown in this. Very well done.

It's funny, I love Dune and I didn't make the connection until now. Very astute.

Imagine finding this on a beat up, falling apart science fiction paperpack at a garage sale - before you comment on the image quality.
