Sorry for the late reply ^^' Many people take commissions where you can request them to draw a picture you can use as your avatar, they are often called avatars or icons. I do take such commissions, but not at the moment unfortunately since I'm so busy with school T_T , but if you look around a little you will definitely find someone who can make you a picture.
And don't say your icon is lame, i like it
