Here’s my finished Violet cosplay. I had bags under my eyes in all these pics so I’ve edited them a little in Procreate so they aren’t as noticeable 😅.

Wig , necklace and brooch were bought online.
Sewing all done by my mam. Brown belt thing from an old bag, white arm pieces from a top from a charity shop. Ribbons for arm pieces and skirt were from a craft shop in a market in Sunderland. Ring on the back of the outfit (which you can see in my other posts) was bought in Boyes- a shop that does all kinds of stuff including fabrics and crafty stuff. Skirt was bought in a charity shop and brown fabric for the back was from a charity shop in Darlington- it took mam 4 tries to get it how it looks now 😅. (Can see the back in previous posts). Top is actually the same top I bought for my Erza Scarlet cosplay! I did the button on the brown belt thing out of foam and coloured it with my Ryman’s paints. Boots were bought in Primark and spray painted by my Dad. Gloves were bought in town and were spray painted and had foam (bought in a B&M shop) added to them with superglue by my Aunt and Uncle.. so it was basically a family project!

The sprays we used were from a shop called Homestores.

It is probably my most challenging cosplay. I did more of the research side bit and am really grateful to all family members involved in helping in the completion of Violet. So many people at sunnycon were super kind about the costume and I am happy with how it turned out. It took several months to complete.
