well, if you use film, you must develop an invertible film (like ektrachrome) in c-41 to get this look, but the process isn't so linear and the results may be quite different... if you use digital (like this photo) you may get this look with photoshop, using curves, or some premade filters which you can find on the net!

Wonderful photo, its composition is slightly lacking in that everything is mostly dead center but it is at least split up in thirds by the ocean and the wall and beach. Nice work
