The eyes look EPIC. All glowy and stuff! Luxray looks so serious!
Their fur looks detailed and really draws attention. The colours are vibrant without being obnoxious, and their shapes are well formed, as is the shading.
The one thing I would suggest to adjust in the next picture would be the dynamics of the characters. Luxio's pose seems a little off in the spine-breaking sort of way, and it feels like Luxray could be standing a bit taller in that pose. He looks a little slumped. Shinx is perfect, however, and has a very clear line of action and perfect anatomy.
Also, their expressions are WONDERFUL and have great depth to them. 8D

That's a very good point. That's purely a personal preference, on Luxray's height. I have a bit of cartoonist in my blood and like to stretch things out a little. 8D
And Luxio's pose is cute, but something about it feels off to me. I think it's the uppermost portion of its body. It looks a little topheavy, like he's about to fall down. That could just be me, though.
The point is, if you're proud of it, it's perfect.
