Indeed,as much as I like the WRC,it can't compare to how much more action there was back in those days *same goes to WRC before it became a 3-4 car manufacturer battle*. Extreme rally cars,drivers driving their cars flat out and making them "dance" smoothly in and out of corners. But come to think of it..this wouldn't have happened if spectators were more cautious on the tracks and not crowd up both of sides of the road just meters away from the cars passing by.
