Honestly, the movie have a lot of quality, and also a lot of issus ( mainly because it's not really a Scooby Doo movie ), I can't deny it... But Dastardly is indubitably one of its quality. I mean, look at this guy, he's the incarnation of the bad guy. He could have been named Evil the mastermind Dastardly Guy that I would have believe it ! Design aside, I really like how they interpreted him in the movie, more like a actual super villain than his actual counterpart from Wacky Racers. ( Although I love that version ! )

Also, it's just me, or did the creator bring him back in a Scooby doo movie just because he and Muntley looks like an evil version of Shaggy and Scoob ? No because, I really think they do !
