that's some extreme lip piercing right there XDi dunno, i had a wierd idea and went with it O////O
i don't know where the idea came from, i was just in a mood to draw something dark/wierd, i usually like to draw dark/sad stuff when the fall is coming...so you can expect some more soon '3'
this was KINDA inspired by a song?
it has no much to do with the subject matter other than that one line about "a fish cought on a line" and that kind of made me think of fish hooks and all XD i dunno, im inspiration is wierd...
this almost looks like vent art since i went with my Zora-sona of all my zora Ocs O///O i didn't mean it to be vent art, and if it is it did not do a good job >.>
little (un)fun fact, when Fish was just a little fish, she once got a fish hook stuck in her flesh! no joking, i really did...not in the lip like Fran over here, but it was there......it sucked >^<
sorta failed at anatomy...i wanted to make Fran a bit on the chubby side and kind of made her torso super short and her legs too long...ech i don't care, really i like hoow this turned out X}
i kind of want to get some art of Fran but im broke and can't affort commissions and don't really have time to do trades so...sucks to be me ;O;

yeah, i kind of made it look that way since i didn't really add any water effects to the character herself, only the background :/
but im actually too lazy to change that now X'D

OUTCH! Who dares trying to fish poor Fran? Whoever did that will hear some words from me! Except if that's Fran who willingly rushed into it or didn't payed attention but I have some doubts lol.
Outside of this the picture is really nice looking! And you did succed on drawing something darker ^^'. We can easily feel how painful it must be for Fran... And kind of fear what will happen next to be fair, so great job!
You did good on the chubby size too. I'm not sure how big Fran is supposed to be, but clearly, she is bigger than the usual. However she does appear very smol too! Not sure if tht's intentional or not.
And you know, I wouldn't mind drawing Fran ^^. Even if it's not for a commission or an art trade. One or the other would be better, that's for sure, but I know you are broken, both on money and time so yeah! If you want me to draw her I could try one day ^^. Could be a good exercice for me, considering she has a different style and body size compared to the usual Zora!

I dunno who would be insane enough to go fish for Zoras (except for Tama, but even then she would not use a hook for it =3= can't damage the precious feesh after all~), but i don't think they are doing a good job XD
well it's entierly possible that she just got that hook suck there by addicent XD Fran is a Deep Sea klutz .-.

i kind of wanted to make her look desperate and helpless but since i blocked her expression with her head fins i kind of failed...but ech, i still like how it turned out -3- ehehe i don't think you need to fear, i don't think this line is strong enough for whoever is on the other side of that fishing pole to pull her out of the water XD it would propably break right off, considering how heavy i made her XD the hook however...that is going to be a bitch to pull out ;A; i know how hard it can be to pull out and how much it hurts ;A; Fishhooks are scary ;-;

And even so, if she wants to keep Sora around, she should certainly try not too ^^'. I mean, fishing fishes is okay, since she is doing it too with her family, but Zoras... No, it would be a clear no.
However if there are Zoras stupid enough to go direclty on the hook... That's their problem lol

Oh don't worry, for me the pose and the overall situation does the job as good as her expression would ^^. And I do like would it turned out too. Not that I like to see Fran's suffering but hey, you got my point ^^'.
Yeah it would certainly broke, but still, not sure she will like the feeling of someone trying to pull her out and... Well, the whole hook pulling out stuff... Just hope the scar will comes off at some point.
Oh don't worry I know the feeling! I did fish a few time when I was a kid and I did have a hook through my hand... Or finger, I don't remember well. It wasn't a good feeling ^^'. And now I have a though for all the fishes we fish in all Zelda games lol.
Hum... I'm not an expert on body type, but I wouldn't go as far as saying she is obese. Over sized yes, obese... Well from this picture we can clearly see she isn't Mizu sized so I guess it's okay ^^'? However yeah, she really seems short, even shorter than Sora I think?
Pfff! It's nothing about venting for lack of money or anything! Think of it like me searching for new characters to draw so I can experience more stuff, like when I'm trying designs for Tamara and Willow ^^. It help me to progress as an artist!

Tama would never use a hook, no way catching the fishes is fine, but don't hurt tchem in the process! Fish nets are much more humane
well accidents can happen under the sea XD shit can happen to any Zora no matter if they are smart or stupid XD but yeah swiming and not noticing a fishhook just dangling around isn't the greatest display od intelect X'D
i used to draw much more darker stuff back in the day since at some point i was writing a novel about a grim reaper...i kind of lost interest since then and my stuff got more and more cartoony and lighthearted with time...i like darkcreepy stufff, i gotta do some more -3-

oh did you? i got a fishhook impale my flesh when i was little and i didn't even do any fishing in my life ;3; i was just a curious/dumb kid who got bored and found my grandpa's fishing equipment and...yeah one thing lead to another pretty much >.> yeah it was dumb of me to fiddle around with hooks and all but i was young and what kid wouldn't be curious seeing all those colorful, fish-shaped lures *3*

well im not even sure how tall she would be exactly so it;s hard to tell but the point i made her look quite small here XD
well if you want to try out drawing her then go ahead...just don't force yourself just because i made that statement ok ;u; i would feel bad...

Hey, the more you try, the better for the future! I must say that it has improved compared to some of your other attempts at overweight characters, so keep up all the hard work!
and i'd be willing to draw Fran (maybe with Mizy), but it may take sometime, since school will be back on the eighth...though that'd mean more drawing time and confidence! o/

with all honesty...DBZ characters are a horrible example of how mussles should work, sorry X'D but i guess it could be a good transition to some more accurate anatomy...not sure, never tried to draw anything DBZ related except for this franken-fish.deviantart.com/ar… (which is not a good example since it's a chibi and a redraw basically >.>)

Well, I basically drew muscles before I got back into DBZ at it's worst hour, great example being my little 'weight comparison' of Mike and M-3. And don't worry, never drew much DBZ either, because my fanart for it peaked and ended when I was like, 8? XD
