For the challenge we need to visualize the environment of the future human lives

Back Story: Its year 2184, the world has been through two nuclear wars and a catastrophic meteor impact. Most of lands has become inhabitable because radiation and many great cities once were, are now underwater, destroyed by the great flood, "City of the Brotherhood", it was once one of the great cities before the catastrophic events, now one of the few habitable cities on the planet. Its original name has long been forgotten by most, but for those who are old enough to remember, has been oppressed not to speak of it again for some reason. This city is over populated, ultra dense as land space is limited and seemingly ruled by a higher authority that no one dare to question or willingly accept. At least on the surface.
