Ok lets start.
Is Rarity dressed like Lara Croft? I mean that kinda looks like a gun holster around her chest.
AJ's face as she is asking for help. Yes I know she is working hard and sweating and... and...... God it just makes me feel a little funny.
What did Dash need his help with? Hmmm, well knowing how strong Spike is. I think she wanted him to do the Waifu Toss. Perfected by Prince Shining Armor.
With Twi's reaction to Pinkie. All I can think of is, "ONE PUUUUUUUNCH!" *your 20% cooler if you get that*
Hmmm 8 years difference between them. I guess that works. Your artwork though makes me want to look up what his age might really be. I know some people did vids on the subject of their ages.
Where was Fluttershy (who seems to be very "not shy" in at this moment) going to take Spike? As she is drooling a breathing heavy. Thus the bad thoughts enter my head.
Secretly Spike is awake and knows there there. Cleverly he uses this moment to score some points with them by saying he loves them. Spike is a playa and knows how to use his adorableness to his advantage.
Well thanks again for creating this. As you can tell, it brought me a lot of joy.

This is rather good, even saying that it is your first comic, and in fluent English as well. You have to get this shown on Derpibooru at some point.
Edit: I can see that Twilight did punish the others for overworking Spike--the bumps on each girl's head, not to mention one panel showed Pinkie's face was punched in (obviously by Twilight--I didn't even think that she had it in her, WOW!
Personally I kinda wish he was a bit older, then you could really ship him with others besides the CMC--at the current style, any feelings for the others on both sides that are more than familiar love as far as Spike is concerned would be borderline. Again it's your drawings, you set the parameters, and we will stay within them.
