I want this as a poster this is so bloody awesome I must say! I'm honestly a huge fan of the static affect, how'd you do that if you don't mind me asking? Character as well is really cool love the design and the background rocks! All in all well done.

I add to the original image some textures with "noise". So I make a duplicate layer and turn off R channel in the layer settings(blending options), doing some distortion with marquee tool and smudge tool

Well shoot I don't have any of those features on my program, dang. However I'll keep this in mind for when it get the proper hardware. Thank you very much for the help!
