There's this fairytale called Puss in Boots but I never had the inspiration to paint anything like that. Coming across the wonderful (en beautiful may I add) photographer gestiefeltekatze.deviantart.co… did however motivate me to do this but without any participation of herself (otherwise it would've looked like her too, of course
) or any real link to the fairytale as such either. I liked the sound of the German translation of the title and could see the gorgeous Geraldine in the role as well (sorry about that!) but not everybody likes to be painted in this manner or has the time to be involved. So, I just whipped this up for fun, which it was! Ha!
