Hi Crystalline-Opal ! I'm your Summer Santa! I hope you don't mind me drawing your character in manga style.
Since you asked for her background to be either a beach or underwater... well, i kinda did both XD
This one was challenging for me, particularly because I've never tried drawing a non-human character before. The legs and feet were tricky to draw(i probably messed up there 
The cute chibi in a bottle concept is inspired from artworks made by Naschi (she does it so well gah!)

Currently need to save up for my chiropractic treatment (as you all know from my previous journal, I have scoliosis and the pain has been really bothersome) and also earn extra to help my family buy medications and treatment for their own health issues.

This is special water that makes rings instead of bubbles, a true wonder of the world
In all seriousness, despite the not bubble bubbles, this is a pretty great pic. It's so calm and pleasant, the background helps a bit with the rays of sun shining down, the clouds(which were done very well), and the shades of blue in the sky. The sand is pretty well done, the bottle is very well done, with the reflecting shines on it it really looks like the water and character are inside something(also the different shades on the bottle to give it that reflecting look). The water looks very nice, the droplets and what I assume starfish outside the bottle are a nice touch(as well as a few blades of grass on the handle, it's a weird touch, almost makes me think the bottle itself is an organic life form or something, or maybe it's artificial, or I'm looking to deep into it and I should stop), the things inside from the grass, castle and fish are nice touches(at the very least it doesn't make her so alone in the bottle). As for Fishy herself, she soooo cute, the way she's huddled up like that, floating in the water(and you drew the hair in such a way it looks like it waving around which is the typical reaction to loose things in water, you managed to capture that feel pretty well), and with that darn smile.
So yeah, overall I think it's very, very cute, and you did a great job. So yeah, great work, and thank you for sharing your stuff with us, keep on keeping on when you have the time

LOLOLOL i admit, i should have worked further on the bubbles but i ran out of time O_O and got lazy

The amount of detail and heart that has gone into this painting is really something!
Particularly into the bottle you have given it so much detail through the way you have
painted the textures and the lighting on the glass!
I am sure the owner will love seeing this

Oh my thank you so much! I did put a lot of effort and heart into creating this. At first i was struggling on how I am going to draw a specie character that i've never tried to draw before. I wasnt used to drawing non human anatomy so I was trying to be extra careful with this one!
