Happy October!

I don't know why, but October is probably my favorite month of the year - it's when the weather starts cooling down, the leaves start changing colors and falling, when summer finally fades into autumn/fall, and the start of the holiday season when everyone is together with family and friends (nowadays, I starting to see it's becoming less so because people are starting to care more about themselves instead of sharing with others - then again, it could be a nasty aftereffect from the Recession).

Anyway, since it's October, a lot of people my age here in America are very excited about this month because of Oktoberfest , and for many of them, it'll be their first legal one (yes... I'm 21, and I'm ancient! XD ).
Personally, I'm not a big fan of big crazy social drinking parties and I don't drink alcohol even though I legally can.
Americans make Oktoberfest an excuse to binge drink and act like idiots when it first started as a German celebration of the marriage between Prince Ludwig I and Princess Therese 199 years ago.

It wouldn't surprise me this if this one reason why Doitsu got his humanized name 'Ludwig.'
(Prussia, on the other hand... how did he got his name 'Gilbert' when 'Frederick' and 'William' are the two commonly used names by Prussian emperors? ).

So... ja... now about Ludwig/Germany and Gilbert/Prussia here... the pic is pretty much self-explanatory (you can probably tell by my tone that I don't like Yaoi very much either) :

Prussia, the older brother, likes to drink a lot of beer and get drunk, which leads him to do provoking things without realizing it - plus chicks love him (literally). XD

Germany, the younger brother, on the other hand, isn't as reckless and gets embarrassed by the stupid things his older brother does - like kissing him in this case. XD

(Don't worry Prussia, your little brother will forgive you... maybe... if it wasn't for the vomit on your lips. XD )

If you hadn't noticed, I used my tablet to color this.
Obviously you can see it's not as clean and precise as if I was using my touch-pad mouse, but it gives it a unique effect.
I also used the 'Cutout' filter on the line work, and attached a colored layer to make it Prussian Blue.
