Wow that looks awesome dude!
Few suggestions though.
1. Would focus alot on the minimize, maximize and close buttons for a better longhorn looking buttons.
2. Also, I don't like the address bars going with the other skins I like how it's all glassy that's what you should do. (of course before using anybodys resources you must ask for permission otherwise it's illegal to use without asking)
3. Right away I noticed how great the startmenu is and the taskbar!!! They look excellent. However, you could use a but more work on the top upper part of the startmenu.
