Oops, wrong trio!

OMG LOOK IT’S DEEP CUT!!!! Anyways, watercolor painting I’ve had for a couple of months is finally done! I’ve recently adopted splatoon as another special interest after contemplating for months. The world building, the music, idols, and concepts dragged me in! I couldn’t help it! But you know what they say, “if you can’t beat it, then join it”. I adore ALL of the idol groups this game has to offer, but deep cut stole my heart right after off the hook. Something about these guys just screams, “chaos” and that’s why I initially gravitated towards them. Their blend of different cultural influences and styles is what grabbed my attention, not to mention the big, funny animal on two “legs” :]. But I digress. It’s been too long since I’ve used my main style since ngl I’ve been a bit self conscious about it. But, strange and unusual is what I aim for and who am I to get rid of that? It brought me such joy to work in it again, especially since these three turned out looking so well. I’m especially fond of the way Frye turned out. The purple mouth was very fun to paint! Unfortunately, the scanning app did butcher some of the shading and colors. As it saturated them even more. Ah well, they still look great. I’m hoping to do this with the others soon, but enjoy this for now!
