Lucius is a monster, not Undertale based tho
And the thing that inspired me to draw it is the rhyme "Ashes to ashes, dust to dust". Lucius turns things to ash/dust whenever it pleases. But it won't just do this to random things or living beings, it picks what needs to be forgotten. Like let's say you forgot your pen somewhere and Lucius turns it to dust, you won't be able to remember having that pen at all.
