Though death is a scary thing, it also holds hope for something new or better. Like, being free from pain and suffer. Death belongs to our lifes like everything else and we can't change the fact that we all will die some day.
After my father's death I began to think about those things. About, what comes after this life? Those thoughts kind of helped me to get over my loss, I don't know why.
