When a top secret computer chip is stolen from SMG4, he calls in Meggy Spletzer to find the chip. But the chip is all the way in Florida, and Meggy does not know a lot about Florida. But then she is greeted when SMG4 calls in, misbehaved/ misunderstood Jeffy François to watch over her, and help her learn about Florida. Although Spletzer and François can't stand each other, they choose to work together to find the stolen chip on their own when they realize they only have a limited time to hurry.
