Wonderful! I've been looking for a good picture of sea salt harvestors so I could see what the process looked like. I know how salt mines work, but I was always a little foggy on the raking method. Thank you.

I have no idea as to the answer to your idea. I know you can buy sea salt.. I am not sure as to the application.
I thought most salt was mined? I think they mine salt in Kansas in America

Table salt is mined, but it has a mild flavor. Sea salt has a very strong taste, so it's concidered the healthier choice since you use much less to get the same flavor.
