Description You know that time
in your life
that it just does not seem fair?
Like the wind is not
going your way;
like your boat will never set sail.
Like when you win a free phone,
but it comes with a hundred dollar purchase,
or when you finally get a large paycheck
but the bills are all due at once.
Why can’t we get a break,
Why must god test us?
I can make it through this,
but not without Jesus.
My best friend is gone he is no more
he is replaced with a dead, and harmful glare.
He has left me for the place
of self pity and hate,
for the place of grief and sorrow;
where my smiles can be replaced,
with anger and aggression.
Where they will be replaced by another woman.
I need him back I need his love
I am being tested I am being warned,
Someone is trying to have
my life turned upside down.
I can make it I will try...
But tomorrow is a long way down.

Great Poem, Sometimes i think of life like this: A snow globe, and im stuck in the middle of a blizzard, but I know it will soon be calm, just awaiting for another shake of my globe.

There is always something shaking our globes and if you can hold onto that calm even admist the flury of confusion then you will be alright

Indeed I think we all have seen, or ARE seeing times like this. Such times are well described in this piece. Your heart aches because of a love gone awry, but you have no time to stop and catch your breath or lick your wounds, for the world is like a rabid beast nipping at you heals. You look back to find happiness and worry about missed oppertunities, and when you face foreward again the road is thrice split, and you have no idea which direction to follow. Sorry if I overanalyzed the piece, but it just goes to show you have made a thing of beauty, in that others can so well realte to it, and hence connect with you. Nice work.
