For later in my webcomic especially, I'd like to use the sorts of Fourth Wall breaks *which aren't idiosyncratic to the Comic medium*. The feeling should be comparable to watching a Youtube clip of a fourth wall break in a stageplay. A reference to the dissimulation of the work which is itself simulated, adding further to the unreality of the piece. The same kind of uncanny valley effect which you see in the literature of P.K. Dick, or with how Shuji Terayama completely removed the Fourth Wall from his films, regularly filming in public with non-actor passers-by who would interact with the in-character actors.
