Though I think that Amon/Noatak would lean on Tarrlok not Unalaq. Well, they are brothers and A and U don't know each other. It's just a lot more probable but no one can say 100% because we can't see their ponytails properly and I think that Unalaq and Tarrlok have different count of ponytails so it would help to determine who is who.
