There are normal nymphs and Prestigious Nymphs. 'Normal' ones wear normal clothes and can use their powers to a certain limit.
If they're willing, they can spend a LOT of money to go to special schools where they learn special stuff for six years and they are given these gowns according to their element when they graduate. These gowns are in their traditional colours, but now nymphs can choose their colours. The gowns are always in thses four shapes, but obviously the colours vary.
Prestigious Nymphs are extremely intelligent, are far more graceful and elegant, and can use their powers to a greater extent. They wear these gowns when out and about so people will know who they are. They must be shown great respect at all times, or else offenders will deeply regret it.
