Ugh. I hate how the quality varies from one to the next... -_- Oh well.Anyway, decided to delete my previous two deviations to make room for this more complete one.
The Sinnoh Frontier Brains are hot.

Yea in your pic she don't really look tan either but she should be brown or light brown like in the original art. [link]
I always thought she was light skinned like the singer Beyonce on the super model Tyra and plus the computer screen does make the image look lighter than it should be so....I dunno, but it is a great drawing good job ^-^

This is so awesome. I love how individual each person is! Argenta and Palmer are my favorites and I especially like Thorton. (I kicked myself when his face made me think of Severus Snape... XD)
