Wow, great job with the coloring, proportions, and general lines! hehe.
I love the dress itself, and nice job with the shading! The shadows on the dress are amazing - I love how you gave it this soft look. I must practice things like that I must practice shading in general lol.

I like it, it reminds me of something...or No, it makes me thinkl of Venus, godess of love and such...it really does, but then again she IS part Veela. ^^
Maybe the bottom of her dress is a bit weird, but I'm not sure, could just be light playing tricks.

I can't see anything wrong with her eyes. But the shading on her dress is kickASS! It's the next thing to realistic...O_o

Her eyes look fine to me.. but maybe for the colored part under the hair you should go over it with the hair color.. Or not..But I like it ^__^ I don't even know how I imagine the robes,,'cause JKR said they're like the black robes but then that looks ugly and GAH lol good job
