Great. Now I feel like sh*t. I worked very hard on this, it was one my very first digital drawings and you just spit on it like that. If you think it's that much of a bland peice of crap, why don't you keep it to yourself next time. That imp took me hours. I did my very best, nice to know my "best" looks like poop on a canvas.

Look, I'm just giving you some honest criticism, nothing to get all bent out of shape over. I simply suggested that it would look better if he was a little more interesting to look at. Have him make a cute pose or do something, not just stand around there. That's all.

When I criticize someone's artwork, I'm brutally honest about it. I hold no punches, if the work sucks, I will say it sucks. I'm not your teacher, I'm not your mother, so I'm not gonna give you compliments where it is not deserved. To me, that defeats the purpose of criticism. Simply because you don't want to hear my criticism does not make me a bastard, it makes you a little wimp who needs to suck it up.
Besides, FrenchPuma was being a snarky dick when he wanted me to comment on this piece, so I could've simply insulted his work. Instead, I gave an honest opinion and a suggestion to improve it. So in actuality, I was anything but being a bastard.

As much as you'd like to believe otherwise out of a misplaced sense of self-righteousness, I do not insult anyone's works, I simply give harsh criticism. It's like medicine, it's bitter but it's good for you. Also, I sometimes go out of my way to give a spoonful of sugar along with it(I didn't really feel like doing it for this work for reasons already explained).
