yeah kind of, he is like a modified soldier who is a lab prototype and they keep testing things on him but it isn't always resulting in something nice...erm I need to develop the character more I think..

mmm could be the side effects aren't always nice, sometimes they hurt him. This guy and the other guy who wears the gasmask are made out of dead people's body parts, but both soldiers have a different purpose, probably a long explanation is required
