Abilities:

Smog Blast: Smokestack's main goal was to Pollute the world's atmosphere by depleting oxygen levels to dangerous degrees. With his exhaust pipes, he can let out a powerful blast of smog that not only lingers, but is also heavily flamable.

Smokescreen: With just his Exaust pipe arm, Smokestack can release a cloud of smog that covers a majority of the area around him that lingers for a short amount of time. This allows him to more stealthily attack.

Propeller Blast: The propeller installed in Smokestack's chest can spin at high speeds, not only knocking one back, but also spreading the smog from his Smog Blast.

Hot Steam: From his jaws, Smokestack can spray a highly pressurized jet of steam that is capable of reaching boiling points. Being blasted at close range with the steam could possibly cause lasting damage.

Takeoff: While Smokestack isn't exactly Aerodynamic, he can glide across the ground at high speeds by charging up his propeller. He's capable of going at speeds of 130 mph for 90 seconds with one charge.
