aw man this happens to me, too...people say hi to me and i'm like "oh hey!"...and i then proceed to spend the next five minutes trying to figure out how on earth i know them.@_@

I once worked with a girl for nearly a year after graduating college, only to discover aroudn the time we were both quiting that she and I had gone through all four years of high school together and she had honestly thought I was a good friend of hers. I had no recolection of her whatsoever.

This happens when I go to fesivals with my friends. I meet people who are like me. have fun, play card games at night with these people, leave forget them, go to next music festival and they charge up to you and have to pretend you remember who they are.

That happened to me a lot in middle shcool and early high school. RAndom girls would say something like, "Guy's my buddy!" And I'd usually respond, "...Should I know you?"
