I'll be making a new tail hopefully soon... that is, as soon as I can find someone who supplies neoprene. >.<

I've always swam 'dolphin kick style' and to put a tail on seemed totally natural to me, so it's not hard. lol

That's good XD. Though I gotta ask...if you dreamed of being a mermaid, which I am just assuming...wouldn't it be a bother to lug the tail around all the time? XD

A Mono-fin, it's basically the skeletal structure for the fluke of my tail.

It fits snug, so it takes alot of effort to get in it. Therefore it doesn't come off.

Oh XD. Though I wonder if you could ever get, like, the full on mermaid costume XD. The shell bra, the red hair...a lot of mermaids have red hair...

Saying, "Alot of mermaids have red hair..." Is like saying alot of humans have red hair... which in actuality isn't true because True Red hair is a recessive gene which means the person would have to have both alleles in order to have red hair. And it's actually only evident in 1% to 2% of the Earth's population. So yeah, your statement wouldn't really fly for mermaids either if they are related in any way to humans.

I am hoping soon to finish my mermaid top that I'm creating, which I'll wear if I ever get in my tail again and make more movies/pictures. So we'll see.

Im planning to make a tail myself, I got a mono and know what fabric i need *swimsuit or wetsuit, swimsuit mostly because thats possibly easy to get* is there any hints or tips you can give?

I just heard from a friend on youtube that you can get cheap neoprene on ebay. good to hear you've got a monofin, they're awesome!

With the video checks on Youtube, that may depend on net speed *home connection and wireless from mine site* but I will have a look when i get the chance

Hurt? No it's more comfortable to me. ^_^ The only thing that hurts about swimming are my eyes afterwards sometimes the chlorine can be really irritable. XD

Hey, another monofinner! Nice to know there are other who know the real way to swim. Nice costume by the way. I've seen others, but they all look totaly fake. Like legs wrapped in a bedsheet or something. What monofin are you using?

Cool! I like the Rapid for me. Basically the same as the Tempo. Both have the adjustable straps. Most of the fancy ones don't have that. I thought about getting a nice one from Waterway, but they aren't adjustable, so I'll stick with the Rapid for a while.

Mhm I like the adjustable straps too. Only since my feet are a little to big for the fin, I had to duct tape them. lol

I've been swimming like a mermaid since I was 5. I've pretty much perfected it because of that. hehe
It's a little heavier, but not too bad. I'll be making a new one soon, out of neoprene. (Wetsuit material)
