Description An Emerald Damselfly. I went out today to do some volunteering work with the National Trust for Scotland rangers and we were recording all the damselflies and dragonflies down at a lake. Many of the damselflies looked so similar and you had to look at tiny markings to tell what they were.
This one was trying unsuccessfully to hide!

Haha, cute with just a bit of whimsy! It reminds me of those very cliche 'tree huger' photos. I love how the blue eyes really pop against the green too.

Oh what an amazing photo!
You Chose the perfect ankle to make the damsefly look so funny.
I also like the colours in the Picture - the green is so vivid and really eye-catching.
Moreover your Focus is fantastic as well - it is so clear and creates no unwanted blurring.
