It's something I only know how to do on PS CS5. There's an animation tool, it makes things a lot easier, when you figure it out. I usually make or edit gifs, and then size them, change the background and then mess with speed, and sometimes fading. It's weird to explain xD

How do you edit the gifs? I like download them but then cant do anything with em. I have cs5 and everything, but I have quit figured out how to make stamps with gifs..
