Flynn Rider is the one who came to the kingdom of Corona with the Stabbington Brothers to steal the crown of the Lose Princess and is also the first person to discover Rapunzel and her tower! Flynn's real name is Eugene Fitzherbert, he got the idea to change his name when he was young from a book he had read to the other orphans he grew up with. He liked the rich character, Flynn Rider better than himself, so he thought if he could end up rich like him, he should be like Flynn Rider!
Eugene had told Rapunzel his real name when he thought that they were going to drown to death, he only agreed to take her to the kingdom if she would give him back the crown he stole! But he soon learned that he didn't need to become like someone else to be a hero or a rich man, Rapunzel was all that he needed and the crown meant nothing to him!
