Lore: The Haxan are a plant-based race of wizards and witches highly resembling scarecrows that lived on the dwarf planet of Haxxus, a planet located in the nightmarish Anur System. The Haxan were natural practitioners of Magic as they had a natural affinity to Mana and a large abundance of it within their bodies thanks to a special, Mana-storing organ. The Haxan could absorb and gain sustenance from Mana and magical energy but they also used Mana to fuel their many different forms of “Covens” of Magic. The Haxan lived in a peaceful, medieval-level society where they used Magic for every day life until they were attacked by High Ecto-Lord, Z’skayr and his Ectonurite forces, some Haxan were kidnapped and enslaved by the Ectonurites where they would be experimented on to oncover the secret to their magical abilities so that Z’skayr could use them for himself. The remaining Haxan population had no choice but to plan a mass exodus to the Legerdomain, believing to find peace and sanctuary in the magical dimension, this was only half true as the Haxan were able to to migrate to the Legerdomain but now had to live under the rule of Adwaita.

Powers and Abilities
Mana Manipulation - Hocus Pocus has a special organ that allows him to absorb, channel and control Mana in a variety of ways such as performing spells, teleportation, creating barriers and much more. His abilities are potentially limitless. His abilities grow stronger with training and practice.
Magic - Hocus Pocus can channel Mana into one of thirteen different forms of Magic practiced by his race and can switch between them at will to perform an immense variety of magical abilities and spells. Each type of Magic has it’s own set of strengths and weaknesses.
Magic Absorption - Hocus Pocus can absorb the magical abilities from other Magic users to drain them of their power and add to his own, he can even absorb spells and magical attacks as the are being performed.
Potion Brewing - Hocus Pocus can brew potions. By combining certain ingredients with Mana, Hocus Pocus can brew an array of potions capable of a large variety of effects and can even improvise new recipes not found in his spellbook.
Magic-Enhanced Physiology - Hocus Pocus is empowered by Magic and his strength, speed, reflexes etc. are greatly enhanced the more Magic and Mana he has stored in his Mana
Magic Empathy - Hocus Pocus has a natural affinity and connection to mystical forces and his abilities amplify when in connect with other Magic users and when in the mere presence of magical forces, beings or locations.

Equipment
Magic Staff - Hocus Pocus can summon and use a special magical staff that helps channel his Mana and perform Magic more efficiently and he can use it as an effective weapon as well.
Spellbook - Hocus Pocus can materialize a spellbook filled with basic spells for each of his thirteen Covens of magic that he can perform via incantation. His spellbook is automatically filled with new spells when he learns them.
Magic Pouch - Hocus Pocus has a small pouch attached to his hip that he can use to pull out and store a multitude of useful Magic artifacts and other items used for performing Magic.
Hat & Cape - Hocus Pocus’ hat and cape possess a basic level of sentience and are able to move and act independently but are subservient to Hocus Pocus.

Weaknesses
Limited Mana - Hocus Pocus can store and has access to a limited amount of Mana and he drains himself of Mana the more he uses Magic and he can actually run out, and since he’s empowered by Mana, he becomes weaker the less Mana he has.
Magic Types - Hocus Pocus can only use one form of Magic at a time and if wanted to use another he would have to switch it out with the Magic type he is currently using.
Superior Skills - Although Hocus Pocus potential is virtually limitless and possesses great skill in using Magic, his abilities pale in comparison to those with much greater experience in using magic such as Charmcaster or Ben’s own cousin, Gwen.
