Just a friendly update on Sparky.
I've officially started my vacation yesterday; that I've mentioned and have been dreaming of for so long, just to work on him.
It had been a while since I've had a spare moment.I'm currently working on his legs as you can tell. In this pic I'm showing you both sides. (Don't I wish I had two of them lingering around
) For his thigh I cut ((using my plasma cutter!!!!)) a Honda motorcycle gas tank. It was the perfect shape that I needed; and no I did not blow up!
As you can see the Honda sticker is still attached after sand blasting the paint off the tank. Stickers are a pain in the *** to remove with the sand blaster so I will be grinding those puppies off instead, later. I'm off to work on him some more!! Over and Out!!

Great looking Dragon.Can't wait to see it finished .
It seems to take forever when a person has a regular job and does work like this as a hobby.
Someday i want to make a 3D western dragon as well.

This is absolutely beautiful work! You have such a skill! The only sculpture I've ever made was a cobra out of cans, wire and modroc..... and it wasnt that good

Thankyou! But it's not really that great, people kept peeling the scales off when I left it... and on hand in day someone had ripped a majority of them off

Well its actually a work in progress. I've been working on my pet dragon for about 3 years now. He is almost complete! Its hard to find time to work on him so that is why its been 3 years in the making. Between working to feed & cloth myself, my other artwork and just "life" in general take up a lot of my precious time to work on Sparky
