Description
Sculpted by Stacey Tumlinson and painted by Sara Gifford (me). He was painted in pastels and some acrylic. Pastels that where used where black, red, and burnt umber. I just love black friesians!Related content

he looks a bit.. thin boned(?) to be a Friesian... just my opinion. but, I could not have done better haha very good job!

Not my choice lol thats how the sculptor made him ---> here is the link [link] I just painted him. A long time ago a true Friesian was almost somewhat heavy draft but now is more famous and resembles that of a light draft horse or can be smaller. Now since the "20th century until the present, demand for purebreds, particularly the "Modern style" finer-boned, taller, more agile version of the Friesian increased, so breeders have bred both purebreds and a lighter-weight crossbred horse with valued characteristics, resulting in the Friesian cross and Friesian Sporthorse."
So really this is one type of a friesian

oh thats ok lol I didnt mean to come of as a know it all or pushy was just pointing out some of the new info on the breed. I agree that his legs could be a little thicker and I dont like his tail....umm one day maybe I'll CM him
